Our Story

Founded in 2001 by Mr. P.S. Kohli as a commercial rental consultancy in Laxmi Nagar, Kohli Associates has grown into a full-service real estate partner for buyers, sellers and investors across Delhi NCR.

What began with commercial rentals steadily expanded into builder floors, kothis, plots, showrooms, commercial buildings and pre-rented investment properties. Over two decades, our promise has never changed: verified listings, honest pricing, and support that continues well after the deal closes.

Today the next generation leads the firm. Mr. Gurpreet Singh Kohli, our Director of Investment Portfolio, is expanding the practice into investment advisory while the founding values stay right where they started.
